Acceptance of Framework
By accessing NexoraSignal.digital or utilizing our proprietary monitoring systems, you signify your unreserved commitment to these Terms of Service. If you are acting on behalf of an enterprise, you warrant that you possess the necessary signal intelligence authority to bind such entity. Our industrial signal auditing and intelligent monitoring suite are governed by these parameters to ensure architectural transparency and noise reduction across all deployments.
Service Provisions & Limitations
NexoraSignal provides high-authority analytical insights. Users acknowledge that:
- Network Topology: Usage of our tools requires existing raw data stream access from your infrastructure. We do not provide physical hardware installation as part of the standard software agreement.
- Security Protocols: All analytical reports undergo a two-phase technical verification. Users must facilitate secure gateway points for hybrid deployments.
- Data Handling: We follow rigid adherence to signal verification standards. Service recommendations are based on existing infrastructure compatibility assessments provided during technical discovery.
Analytical Intelligence Property
The NexoraSignal "Triple-Check Verification" methodology, proprietary algorithms, and architectural monitoring frameworks remain the sole intellectual property of NexoraSignal. Users are granted a non-transferable, limited license to interpret technical reports for internal optimization. Any reverse-engineering of our signal filtering or verification logic is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this framework.
Limitation of Liability
NexoraSignal prioritizes noise reduction over high-frequency notification. However, we do not claim specific uptime percentages for third-party infrastructure. In no event shall NexoraSignal be liable for secondary data loss resulting from localized sensor failure or network topology interruptions outside our intelligent signal monitoring domain. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by regional data handling standards in Vietnam.
Termination Protocol
Either party may terminate the monitoring relationship upon 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, all active signal monitoring endpoints will be decommissioned, and sensitive diagnostic data will be purged according to our verified compliance notes.
